LG Electric Fixed Screw Air Compressor

The system uses continuous variable adjustment of exhaust volume from 0 to 100%. When the gas usage decreases, the exhaust volume also decreases, and the motor current drops accordingly; when no gas is used, the air compressor runs idle, and it automatically shuts down if idling for too long. When gas usage increases, the compressor returns to full operation.

Design features of the screw rotor profile:

1. Achieves 'curved surface to curved surface' meshing, which helps form a hydrodynamic lubricating film, reduces lateral leakage through the contact zone, improves compressor efficiency, and enhances the processing and inspection performance of the rotors.

2. Employs a 'large rotor, large bearings, low speed' design approach, resulting in lower noise and vibration, reduced exhaust temperature, increased rotor rigidity, extended lifespan, and decreased sensitivity to impurities and oil carbonization.

3. Power range from 4 to 355 kW, with 18.5 to 250 kW models being gearless direct drive, and 200 kW and 250 kW featuring 4-pole motor direct drive, operating at a speed as low as 1480 rpm.
